Most patients see a noticeable reduction in active breakouts within 4–8 weeks. Marks and pigmentation typically take 8–16 weeks, while scar correction may require 3–6 months depending on the type and depth.
We offer both in-clinic and online consultations. For first-time patients, an in-clinic visit is recommended so Dr. Ranjan can examine your skin directly. Follow-up consultations and routine prescription reviews can be done online.
Yes. Dr. Ranjan tailors every treatment plan to your specific skin type — whether oily, dry, sensitive or combination. Indian skin tones are particularly prone to post-inflammatory pigmentation, and our protocols account for that at every step.
Acne marks (PIH) are flat, discoloured patches — brown or red — left after a pimple heals. They fade over time with the right actives. Acne scars are structural changes in the skin — pits, rolling depressions or raised tissue — and usually require procedures like peels, microneedling or laser to correct.
Not always. Some patients respond well to topical-only protocols. Where oral medication is appropriate — such as for hormonal or cystic acne — Dr. Ranjan prescribes the minimum effective dose and monitors for side effects throughout.

Absolutely — active acne is exactly what we treat. There is no need to wait for a breakout to clear before booking. Early intervention leads to faster results and reduces the risk of scarring.
Come with a clean face if possible, and bring a list of any products or medications you are currently using. There is no need to stop your current routine beforehand — Dr. Ranjan will review everything during the consultation.
